How to read faces
I am 99% confident of the reliability of the archetypal Amud Neanderthal look as a personality indicator. I am 75% confident of melonhead identification, and 50% confident for hybrids, cro mags, and the rest.
The 1% uncertainty for Amuds is down to possible instances of psychopathic or cro-mag admixture.
So far, everyone who’s showed up in the forum has been identified in a manner consistent with the model.
This post will allow you to read faces like I do.
There are two general principles:
1. The eyes are the windows of the soul
2. The back of the head reveals the spirit
Let’s start from the highest confidence and work our way down.
The Amud Neanderthal
The first thing to understand about Neanderthals is that the classical sloped forehead primitive Neanderthal look is just that – primitive. Neanderthals underwent quite a bit of evolution, around 500,000 years worth if I recall correctly, before going extinct.
I refer to the gracile, late Neanderthal as “Amud,” after the location of a find. As you can see below, they had square, upright foreheads. They were also shifting into larger tribal structures, more sophisticated civilization, and agriculture, right before they went extinct due to sapiens predation. This is one part of the basis for Tex’s theory that they were eliminated by the Melonheads for finally posing too great a threat to be safely ignored.

This site has a good critique of the sloppiness and fraud rampant in evolutionary science, that has led to the false view of Neanderthals propagated today.

As you can see, the key to changing a sloped forehead to a “square” looking modern one is the height of the skull above the brows. Here is an Amud skull again, showing this height:
The primary difference, besides eye shape, with modern humans then becomes the Neanderthal’s greater capacity due to elongation of the back of the head. Look at a Sapiens skull, by comparison:

Keys to distinguishing Cro Magnon from Amud Neanderthal
Modern white Homo Sapiens is a blend of three things:
1. A smaller, weaker version of cro-Magnon man. (majority)
2. Neanderthal strains, including Amud, Mousterian, and early
3. Melonheads
This can get quite confusing when we start looking at hybrids and various Neanderthal types. So let’s focus on the easiest, clearest difference – Amud Neanderthal vs. Cro-Magnon.

As you can see, Cro-Magnon eyes are smaller, more narrow set, and have bone ridges at the outer corners. They are set to face forward.
(I take amused pride in the fact that not a single Cro-Magnon has applied to the forum. Clearly I have successfully repelled the idiot masses.)
Neanderthal eyes, by contrast, are deep set, and the outer corners fall away, allowing for wider peripheral vision. The technical term is “retreating periorbital sockets.” The forehead may be square and upright or backwards slanting – the height matters but the slant doesn’t. It’s the look in the eyes that counts. There’s a “haunted ghost” look, a sensitivity that’s often interpreted as weakness or naivete. You will see this look quite often in nerds and introverts, and always in Aspergers and autistic cases. Amud Neanderthal vs. Cro-Magnon personality
If you were to examine the back of the Amud’s head in profile, you would see the characteristic bulge in the lower back. This expanded region is a visual center, and gives Amud Neanderthals their literal, truth-minded bent. The world is seen with optical unambiguity. This also leads to obsessive focus, visionary mad dreams, and excessive objectivity, to the point of social handicap in dysfunctional cases.

Amud Neanderthals are thus inherently unsuited to lying and deception, and prefer an altruistic and trusting mode of existence. This is an adaptation to their small tribes, ice age climate, exogamous matriarchal structure, and dangerous hunting habits. Small tribes mean that deception and insincere alliances will backfire badly. There is no room for the specialized predators that flourish in large sapiens dynamic social structures, where social information is more diffuse and incomplete. An ice age climate enforces heavy K selection. An exogamous matriarchy enforces chivalry and deference to women and children. Dangerous hunting habits (Neanderthals show fracture patterns comparable only to modern rodeo riders) require close-knit supportive and nurturing tribal bonds to nurse members through prolonged periods of injury and helplessness.
(And when I say hunting, I mean cave herding. But for the love of brevity, let’s not try to cover everything in this already burgeoning post.)
Examination of Neanderthal characteristics through the Basque lens

Imagine the difficulty of engaging in deception in such a simple tongue! But it is well suited for a small tribe setting.

Cro-Magnon origins and personality
Cro-Magnon came out of Africa. He invaded Neanderthal territory, and Neanderthal went extinct. That much, everyone agrees on.
As to how Cro-Magnon man eliminated Neanderthal, and how he got white skin, and why Neanderthal bones show such frequent signs of cannibalism, and why Neanderthal bones show up in Cro-Magnon fire pits, and why Neanderthal DNA is passed onto the modern human population only from the mother’s side… well, somehow the anthropological community has failed to put those pieces together. Hmm, wonder why?
They’re just now beginning to admit that Cro-Magnon had no cave paintings prior to Neanderthal contact. Or significant tool use or signs of intelligence of any kind. They’re just now realizing that Neanderthal camps showed signs of domestication of animals well before Cro-Magnon’s did. Etc.
The evolutionary consensus is founded upon two pillars of goodthink:
1. Evolution is progressive (we are teh winnarz)
2. Man is descended from a common ancestor (anti-racism)
It’s no wonder then that the credentialed anthropological community finds it all so mysterious and confusing. But here at Koanic Soul, we have no reputation to lose, so we will explain the pattern, as elaborated by Texas Arcane.
Cro-Magnon man began in Africa, another dull hominid going nowhere, until the Melonheads decided that the Neanderthal threat had to be dealt with. After several other attempts failed due to Neanderthal robustness and cave-dwelling survivability, they hit upon the plan of creating a genetically engineered slave army to overwhelm the Neanderthals in their home territory.
To accomplish this, they mixed existing African hominid DNA with chimp and rhesus monkey DNA, among other things, to create a hyper-social, highly malleable, highly aggressive and warlike race. They armed them with spear-thrower technology and sent them north into Europe with instructions to eradicate the Neanderthals.
This original personality template can be seen today in the way the lower end of the Homo Sapiens Sapiens masses absorb “command phrases,” regiment their societies along religious/tribal affiliation, and are always going to war whenever any sort of pretext presents itself. Yet if you get to know an individual Sapiens, you will find a hollow, empty individual with no self awareness, independence of thought, or internal integrity.

The Melonheads had a good plan. Their genetically engineered r-selected Africans had larger tribal sizes, better weapons, and a higher birth rate. However, there was just one problem. Their women looked something like this:
You’ve heard me say that r-selected species have less sexual dimorphism than K selected ones. So, can you tell which are the girls and which are the guys in the above?
(No, I haven’t tricked you and posted pics of all dudes. All the single pics are girls, and most of the arrays are 50/50 or thereabouts.)
That’s why the invaders proceeded to completely ignore their own women and instead breed exclusively with their captured Neanderthal war brides whenever they could. The resulting children out-competed the pure invader stock, having a mixture of Neanderthal and Sapiens attributes. And that’s how black skin became white skin, and Neanderthal genes persisted despite the extinction of the race.
All of which presented a major dilemma to the Melonhead instigators, since their slave army was now rather less malleable than it had been. But that is neither here nor there.
The important thing is the result. Basically, when you think of Cro-Magnon, think of classic Nazi in the K selected version, and classic libtard in the r-selected version. They are the white people who populate the middle and low end of the IQ bell curve. Stormfront and the Aryan Supremacists may love these folks – I don’t. It’s useful to consider that the IQ distance between a Neanderthal and a Cro-Mag is comparable to that between a Cro-Mag and a Negroid.
That’s right, Aryan Brotherhood – you just got prison shivved.
Suffering of Amud Neanderthals in Cro-Magnon social environment
So, how did the Sapiens know to exterminate the Neanderthals? Surely they didn’t remember an oral instruction over the protracted race war that ensued?
Naturally not. Rather, Sapiens has a deep seated contempt and hostility for the Neanderthal, whenever he encounters him. And Sapiens social structure is inimical to the survival of any Neanderthal who finds himself in their midst.
This instinctive hatred can be seen in the bullying that Aspergers and autistic children experience from the playground onwards, giving them an extremely high suicide rate (data is scarce, but very rough estimate puts it at .6%, versus .013% for the general population, or 47x higher than normal. And that is most likely a severe underestimate.
This persecution continues unabated in the adult world, where the honest and genuine are shunted off in the stupid social games and hierarchies and constant swirl of bullshit characteristic of Sapiens. The man who speaks the truth is universally hated by a world so crooked it cannot even think straight. The two species are oil and water, and can never mix. A quote from Tex:

Note that this instinctive reaction of hatred is only engendered by those expressing the “living ghost” gene, DRD4-R7, that gives that haunted, innocent look. Many exhibit some collection of Neanderthal morphological traits without having the essential Neanderthal soul. The reason the DRD4-R7 gene has not been wiped out by this cruel environmental is that the benefits of intelligence and K-selection it confers are so powerful, they are able to overcome the assault and reproduce often enough to ensure transmission. Nor do all expressors suffer the hatred reaction; the successfully adapted ones learn how to fit into the Sapiens social structure.
The Melonhead
Right, now let’s move on to the authors of all this disaster – the Melonheads, who in person are the nicest, coolest people you’ll ever meet. The sort of person whose influence you’ll naturally fall under, and wish you could spend more time under. These guys light up a room and turn all they touch into gold.
So how do they cause so much destruction? That will be explained shortly, but first let’s have a look at the faces:

As you can see, the eyes are smaller and piercing rather than haunted, but the outside corners of the eyes fall away like a Neanderthal’s. And the upper back of the head shows signs of faint elongation.
Incidentally, it is possible to observe in photographic sequence the decline of American liberty, as elite rulers transitioned from Neanderthal faces to Melonheads.

These skulls have a non-human volumetric capacity. Also note that brain size does not necessarily correlate with intelligence in different animal species – the key is the relation between brain and body size. However in humans there is a positive correlation between brain size and intelligence:
Why melonheads cause so much trouble
On their own, Melonheads are not such bad fellows. True, they have a high manipulative capacity and a self-interested, pragmatic bent. But they rarely seem to go fully to the dark side. Most live lives of abundance and charisma.
The trouble comes when they get together in elite power structures, to rule over the Sapiens masses. This is inevitable, because Melonheads are driven to manipulate, train, and dominate, and their superior capabilities let them do it. The problem, however, is that Sapiens is nuts. It takes extreme measures, extreme deception, and extreme social engineering just to keep him in line.
So in order to keep ahead of the wave’s crest, the Melonhead overlords have to get up to some very nasty things: repression, genocide, fantastical economic schemes, egregious religious groupthink, etc.
Unfortunately, the types of societies that this Melonhead ruler / Sapiens peasant combo creates are anathema to Neanderthals. Assuming they aren’t killed outright in one of the periodic violent convulsions, Neanderthals are ill-equipped to navigate the groupthink, shibboleths, hierarchies, and two-facedness that proliferate, as Melonheads manipulate natural Sapiens tendencies to serve their own ends. The Neanderthals run afoul of the cruel penalties for social non-conformity, both those imposed by simple Sapiens misanthropy from below and those created by Melonhead social controllers from above.
Hybrids
If you paid attention, you know that there are a wide range of facial feature classes I didn’t cover.
Genetics is a messy business, and there are a vast array of hybrid and intermediate forms out there. I’ve only begun to catalog and understand them. I’m finding that the general principles described above still hold, although there are some interesting effects that I’ll discuss in a future article on hybrids.
One of the most significant hybrid groups are the Ashkenazi Jews. While the group is diverse, certain generalizations can be made. They are (generalization) Melonhead Neanderthal hybrids. The Neanderthal side comes from a different line – they are not Amuds, but Mousterians. Mousterians are (generalization) predatory and parasitical on their host populations, an adaptive strategy quite different than Amud meekness. Nonetheless, they possess high intelligence and are responsible for many civilizational achievements.
Their history is quite fascinating, but it’s all tentative for me at this point, and I don’t fully understand it. I can, however, clearly see the psychological pattern and facial profile. And now so can you, I imagine, if you extrapolate a bit from the material presented here. Have a look at Bernanke and then Krugman, if you’d like to start down that path. As a hint, Bernanke is full Melon, but Krugman is a hybrid. To determine what kind, refer to the principles stated at the top of this page.

I have given you the equipment to identify Neanderthal faces with near perfect accuracy. Reading Melonheads is a subtler art, but with practice you can do it. Cro-mags are essentially everybody else (who’s white).
